Zaozhuang, China – July 16, 2026 – The Zaozhuang Foreign Trade Association (ZFTA) was officially established today in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province. The founding conference gathered nearly 300 representatives from local government departments, industry associations, and foreign trade enterprises, marking a significant milestone for the city's export-oriented economy.
The event kicked off with a grand unveiling ceremony, where the official plaque of the "Zaozhuang Foreign Trade Association" was revealed on stage, symbolizing a new chapter for the city's foreign trade sector.
Mr. Qin Kui, Director of the Zaozhuang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Investment Promotion, delivered a keynote speech. He emphasized, "Although Zaozhuang is neither a border nor a coastal city, our pursuit of the ocean has never stopped. The association will integrate resources to help Zaozhuang's characteristic industries, such as new energy batteries and machine tools, expand globally." His insights provided a clear roadmap for the association's future development.
During the conference, Mr. Xu Fucheng, Chairman of Tengzhou Sanhe Machinery Co., Ltd., was elected as the inaugural President of the ZFTA. Plaques were also awarded to 15 enterprises serving as President, Vice-Presidents, and Secretary-General units. This move signifies a strategic shift from individual efforts to a coordinated "corps-style" approach for Zaozhuang's foreign trade.
