● 1, Check before starting: check the environment around the machine tool, electric box with or without water and other abnormalities, whether the oil is deteriorated.
● 2, Step-by-step start: before starting must check the machine's power supply voltage. After the voltage is stabilized, turn on the main power switch for about 10 minutes, you must turn on the machine tool power switch, and then turn on the other power switches in the electrical box, check whether the voltage is too low for phase shortage, if there is no abnormality, turn on the machine tool power supply, observe any abnormality and any air leakage. Do not carry out any operation when the machine is turned on without alarm, and let the electrical components be energized for 30 minutes.
