The specific maintenance system should be formulated and established according to the type, model and actual use of the machine tool, and with reference to the requirements of the machine tool manual. The following are some common general maintenance points.

● 1,Cleaning of the machine tool: clean the workpiece, fixture, iron chips, etc. in the machine tool, clean the iron chips in the external chip conveyor; wipe the external sheet metal, clean the air conditioner of the electric control box, and the filter of the oil cooler.

● 2, rust treatment: clean the workbench and wipe with anti-rust oil; machine tool running slowly for an hour to lubricate the guide rail; whether you need to replace the cutting fluid, the priority of rust prevention, the machine tool to start working when adding cutting fluid.

● 3, do workshop general power off, air supply, liquid supply: the CNC machine tool Y-axis running to the center, Z-axis back to 0, close the machine tool main power switch. Machine tool, transformer air intake switch, air supply.

● 4, waterproof and moisture: close the electrical box for protection.

● 5, machine tool anti-rodent treatment: machine tools should also be anti-rodent treatment to prevent rodents from biting wires.

● 1, Check before starting: check the environment around the machine tool, electric box with or without water and other abnormalities, whether the oil is deteriorated.

● 2, Step-by-step start: before starting must check the machine's power supply voltage. After the voltage is stabilized, turn on the main power switch for about 10 minutes, you must turn on the machine tool power switch, and then turn on the other power switches in the electrical box, check whether the voltage is too low for phase shortage, if there is no abnormality, turn on the machine tool power supply, observe any abnormality and any air leakage. Do not carry out any operation when the machine is turned on without alarm, and let the electrical components be energized for 30 minutes.

● 3, Slow motion: check whether there is interference, move the machine tool through the handwheel, pay attention to any abnormalities, and then perform the home return step.

● 4, Machine tool break-in: Make the machine tool run automatically and slowly for a long time, and rotate the spindle at low speed.
