● 2, Feeding drive device and control

The x, y and z axes are driven by AC digital feed servo motors, and the z axis has brake protection control, automatic clamping in case of power failure, which prevents the milling head from sliding down, and all axes are equipped with c3 grade precision ball screws and ball screw bearings, which are reliable in precision and smooth in transmission. At the same time, each axis is equipped with protective measures to prevent over-travel.

● 3, Cross beam

The crossbeam is the key component of gantry machine tool, it not only supports the vertical milling head, but also bears the main cutting force generated by the vertical milling head during machining, so it should have enough rigidity to guarantee the machining accuracy. The crossbeam adopts closed box structure, and in addition to the reasonable layout of the internal reinforcement bars, there are diagonal tension bars in the diagonal arrangement of the square box, so as to enhance the torsional rigidity of the crossbeam cross-section greatly.

The base is equipped with hard rail design, and the internal ribs are thickened and increased, so that the machine tool greatly improves the loading capacity, precision and running speed.

● 5, z-axis

The z-axis adopts nitrogen balancing system to ensure the smoothness of z-axis high-speed feeding and realize high acceleration and deceleration performance.

● 6, Lubrication

The machine adopts continuous dynamic pressure lubrication for x-rail, and automatic lubrication device for y-axis and z-axis, which can reduce friction, dynamic friction and static friction.

It can reduce the friction coefficient, narrow the gap between dynamic and static friction coefficients, and reduce the wear and tear of the guideway.
