Service Description
When the machine is ready in buyer's factory, the seller should arrange one technician for installationtesting and training for two working days. The buyer should prepare in advance for foundation, powersupply, air supply, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, coolant oil, cutting tools and the others.
Machine Portion:
One year after installed the machine into buyer's factory under normal usage (except wear, tear andconsumable parts). In case of any breakages or damages were caused by mistake(s) ormiss-operation(s) of buver, Seller shall charge the replacement parts and labor charges even thoughwithin the warranty period.
The Seller is responsible for all maintenance and repairing service of contracted goods required bythe Buyer after the warranty period. The Buyer pays the costs of replacement parts, service costsand personnel costs according to the situation of repairing.
The seller guarantees to maintenance the machines sold by the Seller even if the warranty periodis over. lf have any troubles in machines and receive written notice from the User, the Seller will carry out the problem within 24 hours by telephone, E-mail or arrive end user factory within 48 hoursif necessary
