01 Hydraulic chuck
Wedge-shaped through-hole chuck, fast clamping and loosening work under hydraulic pressure, fast clamping speed, high precision
02 Power turret
Servo motor-driven turret bidirectional fast tool selection, using high-precision triple end gear locking, through the power tool holder to realize turning, milling and drilling machining as a whole, through the power tool holder can be axial radial angle machining
03High-speed spindle unit
Adopting high-precision spindle bearing set and spindle with precision assembly and dynamic balance test to ensure high spindle precision, low noise and strong rigidity.
04 High precision Taiwan linear guide

05 Hydraulic tail stock:

RBCLB-3ZK type volumetric lubrication pump, automatic lubrication, mainly bed guide and drag plate on the dovetail surface, ball screws and nuts between the lubrication surface uninterrupted oil supply.
