New vertical lathe machining center preparation before use
1, New vertical lathe machining center open box to check the appearance, install the ground screws and adjust the pad iron.
2, Loosen the vertical machining center table (X-axis). Bed saddle (Y-axis) brake screw or stop foot steel; remove the tool magazine stop block.
3, Electrify and ventilate the vertical machining center.
4, Milling head (Z-axis) fixed device removal, the following methods: machine power. Move the Z-axis in the positive direction (clockwise) with a hand swing, start the bracket of the milling head, and then move the Z-axis very slowly. Go in the negative direction; go until the chain connecting the milling head to the counterweight just eats the force. Remove the support bar that holds the counterweight at the rear of the column. Note: Some high-speed vertical machining centers have the possibility of fixing the counterweight on the side of the column (screws) when the machine is transported and fixed.
5, Preparation before using the tool magazine: (Bucket type) Turn off the compressed air. move the Z-axis to the position above the zero point. Move the tool magazine left and right by hand to test the usability of the tool magazine (whether the movement is flexible; whether the protective door can be closed.) Turn on the compressed air. Move the tool magazine with the M code and check that the in-place switch works. Use TxxM06 instruction to change the knife, if the knife position display on the operation panel does not correspond to the actual knife position, it should be processed for changeover and the knife position display should be modified.
6, Adjust the level (leveling) as follows: X-axis Y-axis move to the center position. Adjust the machine tool to the horizontal position. Measure an accuracy: the verticality of the spindle rotation axis to the working table surface (drawing circle). If the drawing circle precision is not right, should be adjusted to the ground screw, so that the accuracy to return to the production value.
7, new vertical lathe machining center shield oil leakage treatment: 704 sealant + glass glue. Water plate around the contact with the bed to do oil seals. y-axis after the protection of shrinkage cover should be dismantled, the root of the column to do oil seals. Oil seal should be made at the oil guide groove in front or side of the bed.
8, Check the integrity of air conditioner, lubrication pump, oil-water separator, pressure knife cylinder, and adjust to the customer and its use. Note: oil-water separator, pressure knife cylinder should be lubricated regularly.
9, make up a simple cycle program, idling for half an hour, so that the general transport over the new vertical machining center to get full lubrication and break-in.
