Machine performance and characteristics
This machine is used to bend all kinds of metal materials, such as bending the cross-sectional shape shown in the following example with appropriate molds. This machine can be used by factories of aircraft, ships, automobiles, locomotives and rolling stock, decoration, instruments, electrical appliances, radio and so on.
This machine is a hydraulic up-draw type. When working, the end position of the slider is controlled by the mechanical stop block arranged in the cylinder, and the movement of the slider is controlled by the torsion synchronous mechanism.
The machines mechanical stop blocks and rear material guards are equipped with counters that display travel distance, ensuring user-friendly operation. This machine tool enables rapid descent, slow descent with pressure application, pressure retention, and quick return procedures, delivering reliable performance. Consequently, it achieves high operational precision and repeatable positioning accuracy while demonstrating excellent resistance to lateral load imbalance. The upper die features a fine-tuning mechanism for convenient adjustment of its height positions, maintaining uniform clearance between the upper and lower dies during bending operations. This significantly enhances bending angles and precision.
The bending pressure can be calculated according to the plate thickness, the opening size of the lower die and the width of the folded plate. The required bending force can be found in the plate bending pressure table.
Brief description of machine structure
This machine adopts hydraulic transmission, consisting of bed, slider, mechanical stop block, rear material stopper, front material support frame, hydraulic system, mold, electrical and other parts.
lathe bed :
It is welded together by left column, right column, oil tank and working table.
Sliding block and mechanical stop block:
The slider is connected to the hydraulic cylinder, which is mounted on the left and right columns. The piston drives the sliders movement. When bending plates of varying thicknesses and angles, the slider must remain at precisely selected positions to ensure bending accuracy. To achieve this, mechanical stop blocks are installed inside the hydraulic cylinder.
To ensure optimal bending quality, the second stop blocks must maintain identical height positions. These have been pre-adjusted before leaving the factory, so avoid unauthorized adjustments that could cause accidents. If system tilting occurs during operation due to misaligned stop blocks, first rotate the left worm shaft to disengage the clutch sleeve. Then adjust the hexagonal sleeve to equalize the second stop blocks heights and re-close the hexagonal sleeve.
