The drive screw of CNC lathe with slanting bed is high-precision ball screw, and the transmission gap between screw and nut is very small, which can't be said that there is no gap, but as long as there is a gap, it is difficult to avoid recoil when driving the screw in the opposite direction, and the reverse gap will affect the repositioning accuracy of CNC lathe, thus affecting the machining accuracy. The layout of a CNC lathe with a slant bed will directly affect the ball screw's clearance in the X direction. Gravity moves directly along the axial direction of the screw, so the backlash is almost zero when driving. Screws in the X-direction on CNC lathes with flat beds are not affected by axial gravity and do not directly eliminate backlash, an inherent accuracy advantage that comes with the tilting machine design of CNC lathes.
The horizontal slant bed lathe adopts mechatronic design with compact structure, high rigidity, good seismic performance and convenient chip removal. The spindle of the machine tool adopts spindle unit, frequency conversion or servo main motor, with high spindle speed and stepless speed regulation. The guideway adopts imported high-precision linear rolling guideway, and the drive adopts AC servo motor. The positioning accuracy is high, the moving speed is fast, the guideway adopts centralized automatic lubrication device, fully closed protection, full lubrication, safety and long service life.
