OVERVIEW

The U500 five-axis machining center features a gantry structure with a Siemens ONE series CNC system. Key components include:

5-axis CNC machining center is equipped with an HSK63A spindle unit with a maximum speed of 20,000 rpm.

Main Structural Components

 The main castings of the 5 axis linkage cnc machining center are made of high-quality gray cast iron, which is highly stable, has high tensile strength, and has certain shock absorption properties, providing a solid foundation for the machine's high-speed, high-precision operation. All structural components are carefully designed by engineers, reasonably laid out, compact in structure, and full of ribs. They are also optimized a second time based on finite element analysis results to ensure the stability of each component unit.

 

Operating System

 The Siemens ONE series is a new generation of high-performance, high-reliability CNC systems that integrate cutting-edge technologies in the field of numerical control. Through continuous innovation and improvement, these systems offer advanced control features such as multi-axis interpolation, bus control, high-speed and high-precision operation, absolute encoders, and tool tip following. The products are powerful, easy to operate, and suitable for a wide range of applications.

 

Inspection and Testing

 All machines are tested with a Renishaw laser interferometer for pitch compensation and a ballbar test for circularity to ensure optimal positioning accuracy and servo characteristics. Before shipment, the machines undergo continuous operation for at least 72 hours and multiple tests of geometric accuracy and cutting performance to ensure long-term stability of all machine accuracies.
